Purpose and Commitment
In a 'coffee bean', we exist for the sole purpose of you consistently experiencing and enjoying truly exceptional, wonderfully satisfying coffee. Art's Coffee, of course! All that we do is directed to this objective. We commit to you that we will not alter our purpose nor will we permit anything that does not positively contribute to the realization of our purpose. If it does not promote your exceptional cup experience, it's not a priority to us! We are committed to consistency, quality and service that is as memorable as our coffee.
Guarantee
We unconditionally guarantee the following:
- That we purchase only the finest, highest grade, single origin Arabica coffee beans.
- That our coffees are roasted correctly and to that roast which will optimize the aromas and flavors of each individual coffee.
- That the 'roast date' on each bag is accurate, and that the beans are shipped within one business day of roasting.
- That our coffees will satisfy your craving for the exceptional. The coffees that you receive from us are the best that money can buy. However, you may discover that your palate and one of our coffees may not be a match made in heaven. This is similar to your palate not liking a genuinely fine wine. It is a fine wine, but you may not like it. If you really don't like one of our coffees, don't drink it! Let us know, and we will replace it at no cost to you for the replacement coffee. This rarely occurs, but if it does, you will never be at risk. We are committed to your satisfaction, no matter what it takes.
Shipping
At the present time, we roast on Tuesdays and ship on Wednesdays. As our Tuesday schedule fills up, we will begin roasting and shipping on other days. Everything that is roasted is shipped. We carry no roasted inventory. It is a matter of commitment to you receiving only freshly roasted coffee, ensuring our part of your excellent cup quality. We ship via your personal FedEx account or via USPS Priority Mail.
