For at least thirty years the Pawani family, our supplier of the finest Sumatra Mandheling grown, has specialized in shipping carefully selected and processed coffee from a limited number of farms with whom they work closely. These family farms are generations old, worked by three and sometimes even four generations of the same family. Therefore, sustainability is a key value. Care in cultivation, picking, pruning and processing of the cherries is critical to the quality in the cup. The premium price is earned.
