Colombia Huila San Agustin

San Agustin is a blend of Arabica Typica, Caturra and Bourbon varieties; is shade grown and 100% sun dried; and is grown above 5000 feet. In this remote region of South Huila, coffee farming is different from other plantations producing higher yields. More than farming, it is an art handed down from generation to generation. The family does their own harvesting, with the help of neighbors and friends.
Their carefully honed process produces a uniform, clean cup; rich and powerful aroma; medium body that is well balanced; and, a round flavor that is extremely sweet with noticeable hints of dark chocolate. The finish is delightfully clean.
